No Foolin’ – A Night of Real Blues at the April 1st Showcase
The Cascade Blues Association’s Monthly Showcase takes place on the first Wednesday of each month at Mekong Bistro, bringing the community together to celebrate live blues in all its forms. These evenings highlight exceptional regional and visiting talent, offering a chance to connect with the music and the musicians – all while supporting the artists who keep our blues community thriving.
The April Showcase will feature two great acts!
Christi Michelle is a Washington-based singer and multi-instrumentalist often performing as a one-woman band. Known for her soulful vocals, she crafts original music alongside Blues inspired covers.
Portland’s The Bon Ton Rulers bring the party with a lively, New Orleans-inspired sound, mixing Cajun rhythms, blues, soul, and country blues into an irresistibly danceable experience.
